Description:
- Identify needs for training and take feedback.
- Take feedback on training.
- Contacting, inviting, and taking appointments to arrange programs.
- Preparation and administration of pre-confirmation and pre-employment.
- To assist ANS quality and training in conducting various audits and communication & training on quality indicators.
- Preparation and review of various SOPs.
- Duty rooster for ward/ICU/OPD staff
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning
