Cashless procedure documents required;
· Current year policy copy.
· If Corporate Policy Then Employee policy card (E-CARD)
· Consulting Dr. Letter & positive Investigation Report.
· Patient & Policy Holder (Proposer) Pan Card & Aadhar Card.
· If Corporate Policy Then Employee Pan And Aadhra Card.
· One Passport Size photo of Policy Holder (Proposer)

  1. Cashless process will start only after submitting all the necessary documents.
  2. Query reply and further procedure will take at least 1 Days.
  3. Security Deposit is compulsory applicable for cashless facility.
  4. If Patient in general word deposit 10000/-
  5. If Patient in twin sharing deposit 15000/-
  6. If Patient in Deluxe Room deposit 20000/-
  7. If Patient in general ICU deposit 30000/-
  8. If Patient is operated deposit 20000/-
  9. Co Payment deduction as per the policy terms and conditions, the payment has to be paid by the insured.
  10. Out source Investigation Like (MRI , Holtter Monitor, Blood Product, EEG,) Pay by patient only. Patient can reimbursement for same.
  11. Total Discharge TAT Time of 3 To 4hrs after Discharge document submitting to insurance or TPA Company.
  12. Security .Deposit will be refund by NEFT after the final claim settled. 45 TO 60 days after discharge only.
  13. If the bill amount is more than the final sanction amount the difference amount should be paid by the patient only. Please note that the difference amount will not be adjusted against the security deposit amount.
  14. If cashless company sends a denial letter or cancelation Letter. Then patient has to pay the total bill as per hospital tariff.

If the patient takes discharge before completing the final approval process of cashless. The patient will have to pay the bills as per hospital tariff.
